All purchases of Pulso Tools apps — Pulso Convert and Amarkal — are made through Apple's App Store and Mac App Store and are billed by Apple. To request a refund, use Apple's own process at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds are reviewed and issued by Apple — we cannot process them ourselves.
The 14-day free trial never turns into a charge on its own — it simply ends unless you choose to buy. There is nothing to cancel.
Purchases made on Paddle before the Mac App Store release have all been migrated to App Store codes, and that program is closed. Questions about an old Paddle order: support@pulso.tools.
